Just Me / Trust Your Gut Story

Just Me / Trust Your Gut Story

Just me and Trust your gut came from two different

“Just Me” came from a dark place in my life, it was me being out on the road driving for a few ride share apps in San Francisco for almost two months in 2019, sleeping in my car, working 12 to 16 hour days, not eating well, not doing any type of exercise, not keeping my mind active nor was I was dealing with my type two diabetes the way I was supposed to, so one morning while I was sleeping in the San Francisco Airport parking lot, I woke up to start my daily routine at 6am to brush my teeth, wash my face, comb my hair, and eat some left over food from the night before and start to work, but then I notice, a few men and women walking outside my car in our controlled area parking lot, and thinking to myself I need to start walking too, get some exercise before working, because at that time, I was sitting in my car for 12 to 14 hours a day just driving, I was eating bad food, going to sleep and doing the same thing over and over every day. Well I didn’t want to stop there, so next I thought to myself about my youngest son Chris at home, and how for years he has been talking to me and his mother about eating better foods for our health, so I started on my path looking for better foods and better stores that were in line with helping me keep my type two diabetes under control. After that I thought to myself again, why stop there, I wasn’t doing anything for my mind, so I stated reading and reading, anything and everything and I just remember how my mind just felt alive again, this reading was giving me energy and I was loving it, so i made this apart of my daily routine. Now days I don’t just read anything I read to improve myself and keep my mind active and alive. This is where I got the ideal of “Just Me”, Mind Building, Exercise and Nutrition.
